Refund Policy


At Visual Flix, we stand by our products 100%. We strive to provide the best service and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that situations arise where a refund may be necessary. If you are not happy with your purchase or face issues that prevent the system from being usable, we are happy to offer a refund.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us with your transaction order ID and the subject line: “Refund Request.” In your email, describe the issue you are facing and the reason for your request. In some cases, we may ask for additional proof to better understand the issue, and we will also provide any relevant proof on our end to clarify our decision.

Conditions
Please understand that we cannot offer refunds for technical issues unless you allow us the opportunity to resolve them. If we are unable to fix the problem within 48 hours, we will proceed with a refund. Please reach out to our 24/7 live support for assistance.

Refunds are only eligible within 72 hours of purchase. After this period, refunds cannot be processed. For payments made by credit card, refunds are generally processed within 20 to 31 working days. However, in some cases, it may take up to 90 days. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the payment provider.

If a refund is requested after 72 hours, the refund will be partial, based on the used period of the subscription. Our support team will reach out to the user for further details on the refund process.

Refund Limitations
We cannot issue refunds or partial refunds in the following cases:

1. If the user is unable to set up their system or devices: We will provide full support for setup, but our assistance is limited to predefined steps for device configuration.


2. If channels freeze, buffer, or don’t work occasionally: While we strive for stability, issues such as freezing or buffering are usually temporary and can be caused by customer internet fluctuations, device or app setup, ISP issues, or server maintenance.


3. If the user changes their mind and wishes to switch servers: We cannot process refunds for such requests.

 

In the event that a user cannot access their IPTV subscription for more than 48 hours due to server issues or problems caused by us, we will either offer a full refund or extend the subscription by the amount of lost time, with potential additional bonuses.
